Are staff members trained and background-checked?

Yes! All of our teachers and staff are trained in First-Aid, CPR, and have completed training programs provided by the Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRAA). They are all also thoroughly background-checked.

Do you follow a curriculum or learning program?

Do you provide meals and snacks? Can I bring my child’s food?

We do! Our chef at the center cooks fresh food every day. We provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. We make sure each child gets proper nutritious meals every day. Parents can bring in food for their kids too!

How do you communicate with parents?

We use the Brightwheel app to keep our parents updated throughout the day. We upload updates on meals, naps, play times and cute photos so the parents don't miss a thing. We can communicate with the parents through the app as well!

Do you have payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we work with parents to find out which frequency of payment works best for them. We offer weekly and monthly payments, but special situations are always considered.
